Silky Smooth~

Remember my last post about the shopping I did at Anthropologie? Well on that trip I had also picked up some Lollia Handcreme, and loved it so much I wanted to save it for it's own post. (You may note that the website has photos that are a whole lot better than mine...)

To be honest, one of the main sells of this particular "Handcreme" was the packaging - yes, it is a very high quality lotion, and yes all the smells are awesome, but here are my facts: There was a scent I preferred more. However, I had just bought that one in a Victoria's Secret incarnation, and this box/tube was way more gorgeous. Love. It. Good work Lollia, who I had never heard of until now.

On top of that, it's an excellent product. I'm at a stage in my life where I'm moving beyond "Bath and Bodyworks" and this is definitely a much higher quality replacement.

Other than that? It's about the same color as my favorite tube of paint. So definitely an easy sell.

See? It fits in so well already!

Drawing again!

Hey there! Funny story, I've started drawing again. Here's my progression over the last three days. I think we can all agree that first day was questionable. Various characters of mine, who would get real scans but my computer is going through repairs right now and unavailable!

Here's close ups of the two more recent that I'm pretty happy with. They both have flaws but I'm stepping away for now :)

That's all I got! See ya!

New Crown Jewels

Well. My jewelry box got a little update that I thought I would share. I'm sorry I haven't updated in so long, I really meant to after I returned from my fabulous abroad in Italy and Greece - and maybe some of those photos will still be uploaded, but for now, enjoy the new and pretty things I have in my life.

The tray I picked up at the Figge Art Museum in Davenport, Iowa. The small pot is from Delphi, Greece ;) Miscellaneous jewelry is miscellaneous.

The first brand new item I now own is an Alex & Chloe pendant from the Human Rights Campaign. It's pretty gay, but then again, so am I. I wanted to show everyone the sweet packaging it came in - here's the box, along with a small card with their logo on it. You bet that's going on my bulletin board!
I'm willing to bet this'll go really nicely with my brand new earrings from Anthropologie. They just opened a new store in Shadyside and it is mahvahluhs dahling. They were on sale and while I was hesitant, I feel they were a good purchase. They sparkle. Kind of a lot. It's fine.

And lest you can't see it in the other photos, here is my necklace I love so much. You can purchase it online here
